Why We Opened HanJan Pocha
Hi, We are the owners of HanJan Pocha. We opened this restaurant because we missed something special from back home in Korea. In Korea, we have Pochas—fun places where people come together late at night to eat, share stories, and enjoy good company. We wanted to bring that same feeling here to Ann Arbor.
What Makes Us Different
Most places serve you and move you out fast. We don’t do that here. We welcome birthday parties, meetups, and big gatherings. We’ve made the space fun, with bold decor that’s different from other restaurants. It’s not fancy, but it’s real. Just like the pochas in Korea.
